Our head chef builds each seasonal menu around produce from the South Downs and the day's catch from along the coast. The dining room seats up to 70 guests and is a favourite for anniversary dinners, pre-casino meals and long Sunday lunches.
A shorter bar menu is also available in the Terrace Lounge for guests who prefer something lighter between hands at the tables.
Reserve A Table
Sitting directly beside the casino floor, the Terrace Lounge is where evenings tend to end. Our bartenders serve a menu of classic and house cocktails, and a resident pianist performs on Friday and Saturday evenings from 9 PM.
The lounge is open to hotel guests, restaurant diners and casino visitors alike, and is a popular spot for a nightcap after the tables close.
